West End Games published three supplements about the Tapani Sector. These are "The Player's Guide to Tapani", "Tapani Sector Instant Adventures" and the "Lords of the Expanse" boxed set. You get lots of information about the sector, enough to set up your campaigns.
Unfortunately, many things in these supplements get only a description, but no stats, like for many of the Lords and Ladies. This section tries to compensate this lack and act as a supplement for the supplements.
