The KPR-series by Lerrimore Droids are a simple maintenance and diagnostic droids. Some are used on ships, but most find themselves in ground bases, activating security systems. 2X-3KPR was owned bt the Lars' and served them in order to turn on the security scanners on their farm. It also patrolled at night, and used its long range comlink to notify the Lars of any disturbances.
