The Jemlaat-class sail yacht is deisgned as an in-system sail yacht and was produced by the Hyrotil Shipyards. The yacht has place for up to 6 passengers and 35 metric tons of cargo. The ship's main impulse comes from the solar sails. These are maneuverable so that their position is always corresponding to the position of the system's star. However, the yacht also has sublight engines. These are less efficient than the sails and are only used in cases of emergency. With the raise of the Empire, such sail yachts became more and more unpopular and have nearly died out in modern days.
