Corellian YV-260 Transport

The YV-260 Transport by the Corellian Engineering Corporation resembles a typical ship of the YV-series - the successor series of the famous YT-class freighters. As most YV-class transports the '260 features superior weaponry and armor towards the older YT-series transports, as well as better engines. Although ships of the YV-series are usually not easily modified, this special model can be converted into a passenger or troop transport without many difficulties. Therefore most cargo space is used to make room for additional 20 crew bunks and common passenger facilities. This conversion possibility was welcomed by the Rebel Alliance who often used such converted vessels for carrying small teams of special force troops.
