Corellian YG-4210 Transport

The YG-series of freighters is even older than the famous YT-series. It dates back to the days of galactic exploration. With this series the Corellian Engineering Corporation started the career of their modular designs which was continued for centuries. The YG-series contained transports for nearly all mission profiles, such as persoanl transport, cargo runs or exploration. Due to their age it is unlikely to encounter a still operation transport of the YG-series but some have been spotted in the more remote areas of the Galaxy.
A typical ship of this series is the YG-4210 which has been built for exploration, hence the small cargo bay and large weapons complement. (The Galaxy was a much more dangerous place these days.) The ship had consumables for 1 year what enabled the crew to do deep space exploration journeys.
